Neither our hotel, nor any of the other local hotels or banks do exchange of foreign currency. If you need US$ cash you have three options: bring it with you from your country, or go the Foreign Exchange Office at BWI Airport, or go to the American Express Travel Office in downtown Baltimore.
Foreign Exchange Office at BWI:

$500, and actual daily rate + 1% for amounts over $500. They have two offices
at BWI. One is at the International Pier (Concourse E, 2nd level, next to the
Information Desk) with the hours of 2pm to 8:30pm (= 1400 to 2030 hours) 7 days
a week. The other one is at the Domestic Terminal (Concourse C, 2nd level) with
the hours of 6:30am to 8:30pm (= 0630 to 2030 hours) 7 days a week.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (= 0900 to 1700 hours). Exchange Rate (any

This office is located in downtown Baltimore. It will take about 30 minutes by
car to get there from the convention.
